In the last decade, there have been mergers of the big actuarial consulting firms so this list has shrunk considerably. I’m listing the major global actuarial consulting firms and some prominent North American ones. There are smaller actuarial consulting firms but since they usually serve only local clients it’s hard to list them here and still have them be relevant. Even an actuary providing actuarial services after retirement by himself/herself can be considered an actuarial consulting firm (eg: Mike Consulting).

This is one of the top actuarial consulting firms in the world. It was formed as a merger of Willis Group and Towers Watson in 2016. Towers Watson was itself the result of a merger between Towers Perrin and Watson Wyatt.
Towers Watson is a full service actuarial consulting firm, and recently includes brokerage services due to the merger with Willis Group.

In terms of actuarial consulting, it has traditionally focused on the retirement and benefits sector, although recently has been expanding their property and casualty practice as well.
